How do I add an avatar?

Hi,

for the life of me, I can't figure out how to add an avatar. I do not even see an option to do so. How do I add one or do I have to wait till I have so many posts before I am allowed an avatar?

First Click User CP
Then Click Avatar
Then Either upload or link to a image host site.

Although looking at your screenshot and post count, you might not be able to create one just yet.

DUDE! Seriously, that option has NOT been available until just now! That screen shot you see is the ONLY thing I was seeing until just now. Did you use your magical powers and enable this for me, or have I totally lost my mind?

I have that option to do so now, so here goes.

Hi all, I too am trying to add an avatar but i cant uncheck the "do not use an avatar" so am unable to use my avatar? what am I doing wrong? any help appreciated.

Well since I am new here I guess I will add that I think its odd. Plus this will increase my post count so I can make one .
