Help on Water cooler Rad installation

These are the stuff that i ordered:

Cabinet: Cooler Master Storm Stryker
Mobo: ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240m
GFX card: Zotac Titan Black
PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 1000W

now i am in a kind of a dilemma that the Stryker comes with a top mounted huge fan.
will i have to remove that to install the rad of the cpu cooler i am planning to fix, or will the rad be able to reach out to the bottom of the cabinet without the GFX card of not being much of an obstruction.
The PSU being bottom mounted, if i fix the rad at bottom floor of cab, then i may have to remove the tool box of the stryker, but thats fine, but top mounting the rad, i dont want to part away with the original fan supplied by CM. i cant even install that fan to the side panels as done in HAF as Stryker comes with a clear window....any tips for my situation...anything atall...Thanks in advance.....

Its better to remove the top fan and mount the rad at the top so it is pushing the air out of the case.
the difference in temps wont be much compared to feeding it clean air from the out side.
havent checked on the case at all if it will fit though. but if it does then that is the best option.

personally i had to use some very thin 120mm fans to top mount my 240mm rad in my case. as it didnt have enough space between the top of the case and the mother board.
