Fan setup help

I can't seem to figure out my fans, they are so noisy and is running at 1600-2400 rpm most of the time and I really want to quiet down my pc for everyday use.
Im running push from the bottom and behind the rad, exhausting from the top of the case. It makes sense and the system stays cool, just like Johnny Bravo over there.

Any hints on what I can do to make it quiet and lower the rpm would be most appreciated.

First question is why do you run them at 1600 - 2400 rpm most of the time? No wonder they are loud to you, you have several fans that run at that speed, they will be loud.

My fans doesn't run faster than 1000 rpm on a daily basis.

I used a small fan board from some performace pc website had 5v 7v 12v options on the board something like that will work but you want something small enough to be hidden behind.

since moving to the 750D thou fan noise is lower and all running at 12v from an artic board the old one while it still works just gradually getting old still have it, just a bit worn out.

shop around and your find something thou just cant remember the exact name of the site i got it from, but they are ugly boards so you for sure want it hidden.

I dont chose to run them on that rpm, it just happens to do that by default. I dont know what to do to make it whisper quiet

Lower their speed. Depending on if they are connected to the motherboard via an fan header, then download some kind of software to control them (Corsair iCUE, NZXT Cam or simply Fan Control is an new one that has been well recieved).

If they are connected through another way, like a fan hub, you need to control their speed through that.

are they 3pin fans or 4pin? to control them you want 4pins and set as PWM, Not power or RPM. If its connected to your motherboard you need the software for it that came with the motherboard (or download it from their website

That should bring them undercontrol when you set the speed.

Can't tell what board you have but any decent board from MSI, Asus, or Gigabyte will have a built in fan control in the BIOS.
