HELL NO are you using that shitty PSU! get a PCP&C and also the A8N-SLI DOES NOT WORK, I REPEAT, NOT WORK with SLI 7800GTX's (I have tried ;) ) get the DFI sli-dr expert with G.skill ram

the ocz is like one of the best fucking psu's lol, 620watts is fucking overkill tho ;)

I say get the OCZ Powerstream 520w. Nobody *need's* PCP&C unless they're running a pelt off of a PSU rofl.

OCZ's are just fine :).

My next PSU will most likely be a Powerstream 520w, if and when I upgrade. My PSU's not stressed @ all atm.

hmm nick i have that psu and i have always had a massive problem with to many spare cables and they become a nuisence, i would NOT get it if you had a small case like you do, ;)

Really? Then the Enermax Liberty series it is. Modular, leet, and powerful. :).

Ppl say the Modstreams totally suck, especially when comparing them with the Powerstream's.

i suggest finding the budget.. then tweaking where you can afford to.... i always suggest finding a good overclockable processor... and spend the money you saved on an xp120 or soemthing similar which yields a great oc and makes it so you can splurge on a better vid card... or ram... and i dont know the general consensus about onboard sound... but i love EAX... dont know how well it works but i know i finally figured out how to turn it on in star wars battlefront 2 and the game now sounds real. so i dont suggest a xfi unless they are that much better as a sb audigy 2 zs is great... and cheapish.. and i suggest getting a large TRUE SATA drive... look up what i mean... many manufacturers just modifiy ide drives with a sata adapter and the speed proves it... i use seagate for that reason... cheers

ok mate tell me why they dont work?

I am not sure, but I get unreasonably bad FPS with them paired and even not paired. I get under 10 fps on flight simulator 2004!!! and on dod I get 20 or less fps!! its plain bullshit

I would say there is some problem with the nvidia beta drivers that ar still not allowing you ton pair two different cards together yet.

With two identical cards you should get better FPS tbh :)

I don't think so, because I tried shipping, 75, 77.77, 78.01, 78.05, 81.49, 77.79MCE (current)

and all bad fps, tried with 6800U and everything works ....

20FPS? Damn.

I get like 40 @ 1280x960, HDR Maxed, Max Settings, 6x AA, 16x ANISO. I like more tho, so I put it @ 1024x768. Counter strike I can run @ 1280x960.

Nick there's obviously a problem. I mean if its gonna go on who gets what I get 80-120FPR on DoD with HDR maxed, 4x 16x, 1280 x 1024 everything else on full.

Your prob is totally screwed up man :(
