If your like me, you have more fans in your case, pulling out air, than fans pushing in air, which is okay. It creates a negative pressure that reduces dust buildup, but can also make your PC run less efficient cooling wise, and louder.
You do not want more fans blowing in, than sucking out, either. This creates a positive pressure, which creates warm pockets in your case. (Especially in the PWM/Mosfet area.)
Concluding those statements, have you ever noticed if you have an opening on the front of your case, say a CD-ROM has been removed for replacement, and the compy is on, side panels secured, air gets sucked in that front bay? Then you notice your compy running a bit cooler? Yep. We're gonna do this but make it look nice.

Time for some moddage.
Part's Needed
Before doing this, make sure your door (if you have one) has proper ventalation. This project is worthless if your door seals tight when shut.
My door has vent holes around the door, so....
First, prepare your bezel type thingy.
--Find a suitable pattern, and a drive-bay cover.
That, was actually one of the metal things you have to snap out of your CD ROM bays, so you can get a CD-Rom in. Came out of my LanBoy.
One of my Bezel's.
Tape it on and drill away.
My dad's Black & Decker Firestorm Cordless Drill handled this with ease on Speed mode. Not sure if your drill's have speed or torque mode, set it on personal preference I guess.
The finished product. Looks quite nice, 'eh?
Snapped back in.
If it's a bit rough around the edges of the holes, I just took a paper-towel and rubbed the exess plastic away.
The finished product.
If I hold my fingers to it, I can feel air being pulled in. Also, if I close my door, I can feel air being pulled in through the vent's.

Temperature Drop
My case temp overall, dropped about 2ºC under load when fan's kick up, which is quite a lot.
My CPU temp seem's to load @ around 46ºC now, which is 1ºC lower, as it's summer..it run's warm.
I'm glad to see a noticable improvement though!

Price:

And possbily a few missing limb's.
