Indeed, my ps3 is too bloody loud and I just replaced my Xbox, so figured I'd stick to that platform for now. No doubt i'll get the 2 new ones when they're out, and ofc the PCI'll be much happier on PC version but I just didn't want to wait for GTA it's so goood
Why is your PS3 so loud, have you got the original or a Slim?
To be honest I can't remember what you do on the MP of GTA V, I didn't look into to much of the game because I knew it would be good and wanted it to be a surprise. Doing that with BF4 now too.

My PS3 Blue Ray drive is loud as fook man. Really annoying.
I hope the PS4 one isn't like that.I can also hear the HDD too. I wonder if the PS3 will run on a SSD?

Original, second build none shiney one so no PS1 compatibility and the cooling fan goes nuts when it gets a tiny bit warm. Once the new ones are out I might consider re-casing and watercooling it to make a custom media box since it's not a terrible media player
From what I hear, 500+ missions are already in there for Multiplayer. I know some of the testers said that's basically all they did was play test the multiplayer for the entire length of the testing project. Nuts.

The drive isn't *that* bad on mine, it's mostly the cooling fan, even does it when watching 1080p blurays, much to my annoyance
I put a 320GB 7200rpm drive into mine, so it's whisper quiet but a bit quicker. I very much doubt they will SSD the new ones, unless it's a trump card being kept up their sleeve. The issue is longevity and reliability, I don't know if they'd put in an expensive SSD over a small hard drive.. I mean the 20GB drive for the xbox was £75 for a very long time, imagine how much they'll charge for a 60GB SSD ?!

ive been looking forward to this game for a loooong time, just unfortunate that i decided to do my masters this year and im student broke again haha i will have to wait maybe another 12 months before i purchase it!

Got some good game-time in lastnight, the Boat chase is freaking excellent, really enjoyed that
As for iOS 7 ... it's a bit tosh in my opinion (that's coming from someone who as an iPhone guy for years, who's now switched to Android, and has an iPhone for development, hence the early access to iOS 7)

I've probably only done a couple of missions, I just end up getting distracted and driving around. Love it when you run up to someone and punch and it knocks them clean out. Love jumping into walls too, thats funny lol.
I think iOS 7 looks nice, probably won't be any new features on it that I will use. I was trying to put it on my iPod, I'll do the iPad at weekend or something plus I've got to put it on my Mum's phone. It took at least five attempts for me to actually download the update, finally I got it and then when I pressed Install "Verifying Update...", spun around a couple of minutes then "Unable to verify at this time, please try again later!" Kept trying but wouldn't have it. Gave up so I'll try again tonight.

Finished the game last night at 76.3% completion. Gona finish the rest off over the week. Loved it. I kinda wish you could go a little more in depth for planning the heists tho...

How many hours to complete? Damn, I've completed like 10% lol. It's gonna be another situation of I love it...I just don't play it. :mellow:

Invested hours is right around 40, but I didn't just hammer on the campaign. There was a lot of just messing around as you should in any GTA XD

im not a die hard gta fanboy but i have to admit that once i got the driving down the game is chuffing fantastic. the story so far is good. dialogue and character interactions are good. stock market is cool. graphics are great (for a console) i have had very few pop ins and the only time i have had fps problems is when i was in the ocean.
great game. metal gear is better.
