I am just annoyed that it wont be coming to PS4. Looking at the history I am not surprised, but now I have to wait another 5 years for the PS4 version.

Now that consoles are using x86 hardware maybe we shall see some emulators of some kind that actually work
Well I guess if you are fan of DRMs that require an always online connection.

Never understood why there aren't this sort of games developed for PC, like GT and Forza, with a huge library of cars, proper mechanics and a lot of passion in general. They always stuff some NFS reboot with 12 cars down our throats.

Supposedly Project Cars will be like that. I own a few racing sims for PC, but they are just BOOOOOOARING! GT5 is a nice mix of simulator and game, so it is actually enjoyable.
And being a sim racer myself I LOL at Forza, Microsoft poor attempt to compete with Gran Turismo.

I've had every Gran Turismo ever so I'll probably be getting this regardless now I think about it :lol:GT5 was fairly dissapointing tbh. They went down the road of mainly online racing which I never do because you always get tards who cannot drive a car let alone go wheel to wheel racing. The A spec mode was so short apart from the endurance races which were just grinds. B spec was a joke, give the guy the best car you have and go away. I am sorry but in B spec my ps3 had all the fun and at the end of the day all that happened was I would set up the race before I go to bed and let the ps3 run at night which was a joke. I am no longer playing.
The list of cars wasnt great either. It was missing loads of decent cars and had a lot of replicated cars just with a different name. I mean I do not need 18 types of rx7 in a game or 30 plus skylines. The cars didnt handle great either and the tuning was a joke. They didnt even have an option to upgrade your brakes.
I am not holding out much hope for GT6 tbh. There is no racing game out there that I say was a great game. Most are just average. They fall into two categories arcade and sim. Sim is just simulators so most of it is just get a car and race. The arcade games like the new nfs most wanted are so arcady that there is no challenge. Then the sims have no campaign as such just a lot of boring grind style races. And before anyone even mentions forza I have tried both 2 and 3 I think they were and they were basically the same sort of thing as gt5 but with more modding. The only thing that was fun in forza 3 was the online drag racing and even then you had the usual tards that just use the fastest cars, you know the same people that use m16's in bf3. The only reason it became fun was beating those tards with cars that are slower because they didnt know how to setup a car.
I really do wish there was a game out there that not only offered a good sim experience but also a good campaign and lots of modding.
Oh and both gt5 and forza are not great sims. The rx7s feel and handle nothing like the real thing.
