FX-8320 NB overclocking | Need Help!

So I've been messing around in the bios again and noticed the CPU/NB Frequency box and realised that I've never actuall touched it or even know what it is! Could someone recommend me a guide or tell me how to overclock it cos I heard that it makes some things that bit snappier, is that right lol.

if you dont know what it is then its best to read a few guides before messing with anything best way to bork ur rig is to mess with something you have no clue about. so READ READ READ the rinse and repeat
