So some psychopath on Facebook contacted me stating that I disagreed with him about something over a year ago on some random post, He's been thinking about it for a year and now is threatening me with various physical acts and also of self harm, I blocked him and reported the message to Facebook.

I'm not worried in the least but seriously why does the net have so many utter whack jobs on it ?

And why is it only you that they find :D

I'm 1 of 10's of Millions that experiences this on social media, Guy I know in America had someone turn up on his front door threatening him with a knife, Now that is extreme, This type of thing happens a lot as there are a LOT of whack jobs out there.

You say a LOT but I've never had it once, or heard of anyone ever having until now haha. I reckon it's all the dingy and weird groups you are part of on social media ;)

Most of the people it happens to don't mention it or report it and the thing I commented on was an OC3D post so make of that what you will XD

So I went shopping today, Was waiting at the bus stop and a Chinese man and woman were waiting at the bus stop roughly 10+ feet away from me, The woman is the daughter of the owner of the local Chinese restaurant I have been to hence why I know they were both Chinese.

The woman who was maybe 20 looked around at me and started shrieking like a banshee "you go back you go back you go back", What I assume was her boyfriend turned around to me, Again 10+ feet away, And started screaming and shouting, I lost my temper and said some things that would make a sailor blush as I'm sick and tired of first class a-holes.

The other man who was also waiting 2 metres away from me is an Indian friend of mine, Important for painting the picture of the scene, He shouted at them "He's standing 10 feet away you lunatics, This is your countries fault we have to live like this now so STFU and keep your distance".

There's nothing quite like seeing and hearing someone with a thick Indian accent cuss someone out, It's a joy to behold ^_^

Warning to anyone selling anything over forums, You apparently have to be psychic and know what the buyer wants to do while he remains radio silent.

I really hate people.

So I went to the dentist today to have a tooth pulled and after the hell of the injections and the maximum allowable it didn't numb anything so they couldn't do it, so now have to look forward to going through all those injections again on the 31st So Not Happy right now, and I'm still a bit shaky.

Sorry to hear that bud, I also had issues with a few of my teeth in recent years but silver lining you have another appointment so hopefully all being well on the 31st you'll be pain free.

Just remember to try and have most of your meals in liquid form until then, Minimize the amount of chance you aggravate the tooth.

Thanks buddy, I just don't know why every time I go to a dentist it has to be a nightmare.

I'm convinced a lot of people that go in to be dentists are quite unhinged, I've only ever had 1 good experience and that was the last dentist I saw, She was really nice, Made you feel relaxed, Talked you through every step and it was over before you knew it, Really great but sadly she is a rarity.

So the anesthetic actually worked yesterday but I still had to have lots, but he had to cut the tooth in half and his bit snapped whilst doing that, the first half came out easy but the second took 45mins to get out as it had a hooked root, and he had to cut a bit of my jaw out to get it.
Luckily I'm on Pragabalin as there's no way in hell I'd be doing ok with just Paracetamol as my jaw feels like it's been hit with a sledge hammer this morning, I'm a sore and sorry boy ATM.

Sounds like my typical experience with a Dentist, it's rough and painful.

Watch out for dry socket and infections, they are often worse than the pain the tooth extraction gives you, I know because I had 2 teeth pulled and had infections for nearly 2 months straight, it drove me up the wall!

I have 1 tooth I am hoping I never have to have it pulled, because of where it is in relation to the 2 jaw's meeting each other, they have told me it will be a hospital job and they will try to only dislocate my jaw, because it as you had, has a hooked root which goes the wrong way in relation to how they would want to pull it.

As for me currently, full of cold.

Hit me like a freight train on Sunday, was in bed by 4pm on Sunday but didn't get any sleep all Sunday night, didn't sleep Monday or Monday Night, didn't eat at all after midday Sunday and nothing on Monday, yesterday I managed to eat something but was only a small amount, and managed to get an hour or two of sleep last night.

I ended up starting to watch Banshee on Sunday and I am already part way through Season 3.

Cannot have Lemsip as it makes me vomit and causes severe indigestion, also have to be careful with Cough Syrup as they can also cause it, cannot use the likes of Hall's Soothers because I am allergic to most of the flavourings.

My mum made me laugh when she said "we should just put you in a bag and shoot you" as I was just getting over an infection and an Abscess in my gum when this started.

I feel you buddy believe me, had dry socket twice before too and it's ridiculously painful luckily he put something in there this time to prevent it, and to knock your cold out quicker take lots of vitamin C so 3-4000milligrams, a day, don't worry you can't OD on it as it's water soluble and you'll just wee it out, and if you can't take tablets then eat lots of Blueberries and Strawberries.

Well guys, this month has been awful. Just need a little vent.

Most of this month I have been sick. First bout of sickness I was bad for a full week. The day I was starting to feel well again I learned that my Granny was dying. Thankfully I got to visit her before she passed. The funeral was last Wednesday. Two days later, I became sick again with flu-like symptoms. Still bad today, but at least I do not have major brain fog. I am feeling a lot like Wheezy from Toy Story ATM.

On top of all that, it looks like I will have some house repairs to pay for soon. Roof repairs... Fun times.

I'm sure I will be fine in a few days, but it has been tough going. Between sickness and everything else I have not had much time or ability to accomplish much. Let's hope that this sickess passes on soon.

I hope you all are having a better November than I am. Thank you fellow forumers for giving us all this space to vent.

Hope you're feeling better soon Mark, I know how you feel as I just went through 17 days of pain, above and beyond my normal daily pain so I can totally understand where you're coming from, also my condolences on your loss.

You're not alone, I'm myself being in a tougher situation due to my last employer lied about the position I applied and signed on for.
When I got the training for it, it turned out that it was completely different from what I had originally been told during the interview etc. Basically being fully legally responsible for the companies authorisations etc. If the administrators does wrongly and it's been sent as falsely to the right authority, I could've been held legally responsible for it and hence up to 6 months in jail in the worst case scenario.
Nothing of this was mentioned during the interview or even during my employment leading up to the education for the position.

So yeah, been feeling pretty due to leaving an solid, safe, 6+ year employment to get that job and then to find out that they had been lying the whole time.

So now I'm pushing on myself, being out of work sucks in itself with bills etc to pay. Luckily one has family for support.

So some news...

My father developed a severe infection due to an incorrect and badly done simple procedure by a nurse that seems to have had about as much medical training as someone with a first aid certificate.

1 of the Drs prescribed my father some antibiotics, The first course got rid of most of it, He needed a 2nd course of the same antibiotic to get rid of the last little bit yet the Dr in his infinite non-wisdom completely changed the medication, This medication did NOTHING and upon reading the leaflet it is used to treat something entirely different, It enabled the infection to come back aggressively and become severe to the point it turned into sepsis.

Needless to say on Saturday night my dad started shaking, Cold sweats, Couldn't put a sentence together properly, All signs of blood poisoning which at the time horrified me to see my dad like this.

He was taken into the local hospital and quickly treated with strong antibiotics and various other things.

The doctors I spoke to in hospital were quite disgusted with the level of sheer incompetence of my dads Dr that nearly cost my dad his life.

According to the 2 doctors I spoke to in hospital this is by far not the first incident they've heard of, Of someone nearly losing their life due to the utter incompetency of a local GP and both said if they had it their way ALL GP's in the UK would go under medical review to see if they are actually qualified as there are so many things happening that a properly qualified doctor would never do.

Even the paramedic team asked which doctor and the moment I said the name of the GP and the Dr both of them shook their heads and said "Bloody hell not them again".

So I'm starting a legal case against this GP and the doctor as the level of malpractice from this place is dystopian, Going to a lawyer ASAP.

This doctors other brother who was also at this GP had a patients family start legal proceedings against him for medical malpractice, As soon as he got wind of it he jumped on a flight to Pakistan never to be seen again, Funny that isn't it.... this was told to me by 1 of the doctors I was speaking with who is also trying to get something done as he ends up having to treat the patients properly himself once they inevitably have to come to hospital.

This country needs one hell of a shakeup as we now have people in it practicing medicine who do not have any real medical papers, And I'm saying this as someone who is an immigrant to this country, It needs fixing as it's causing some serious harm to a lot of people.

Good luck funding the proceedings. Even the most ridiculous and incompetent medical staff get top notch defence when malpractice is in dispute. I tried and failed 22 years ago when my father had a heart attack and was turned away due to lack of staff. We had to race him to another nearby hospital.

Sadly, our funds dried up after £45,000 was spent trying to get the hospital in question punished. The fact my father survived his heart attack actually went against the case.. unbelievable.
