Ebay, oh what to do?

I was selling an item on ebay. (ps2 bundle) and it was at $120 + 20 ship, then it got bid to $150, and i checked high bidders feedback and he has 3 feedbacks, all negative saying he didnt pay for item. So i immediatley cancelled his bid. Then it was at $120 + $20 again. I was happy with this price, so i let everything go. I came back later to see it was at $150 from the same guy again so i cancelled that bid and blocked future bids from his account. Then it got to $150 + $20 on its own with all established bidders, so i was very happy, but then in the last 4 seconds someone won it for $152 + $20. I checked his account and it was made TODAY. Im guessing it was the guy i blocked and cancelled before. And now he isnt paying, although it hasnt been a long time yet. I was wondering if i have to report unpaid later on what will happen, and is there anything i can do to get my listing fees back?

report them first, then talk to ebay about getting your listing fee's back.

ing assholes these days. I will give him the rest of the day.

Also, can't you just do a second chance offer to your next highest bidder?

Then you don't need your fees back. Your fees should only be based

on what you finally sell for, not the closing value. You do need to give the

guy a chance though. Try contacting him a few times. If that fails, you can

request his phone number/address from ebay(they send him yours).

If that fails, flip him off and go to the next highest.
