Nice kit... But I see maxtors everywhere!!! Do you not value your data?

nothing wrong with maxtor's ...they're noisy, and they run hot, but i've never lost any data from one....beside's they're cheep

This man speaks the truth - they run hot, so I run a fan on them, they are cheap (can't argue with that) and the RMA service (from what I've heard) is top notch. Oh, and the stuff that is stored on it I could lose and not be majorly stuffed, would be annoying, but not life threatening

I wish my experience was as good with Maxtor - first it got corrupted (raid 0 array), had to reformat, now one has got 500mb of bad sectors.
