I'm not talking about doing this immediately, but do you think an overclocked 7870 @ 1250 1450 could run 3 way eyefinity? Even at medium settings in games? Or would I have to go crossfire etc... and If this is remotely possible, I was wondering what 22" monitors would be viable eyefinity monitors?
Can I handle 3 screen's?

It would manage some games but for most games you would only be getting 20 fps or there abouts, so I would recommend you crossfire if you are set on triple screens

I have a single 670 running my three screens, and that manages it pretty fine.
If I drop to medium settings in BF3 I can still max out 60FPS, and I can't even tell the difference in quality.
You'll be alright for the majority of games.
