50 percent increase in download speed for nothing.

im on a 2 meg line,can download at 240kbs

now just looked and im downloading at 360 kbs.

and thats 4 £50 well done telewest.

my next door neighbours either side of me had telewest but im not servicable yet, sux tbh we were gonna get 2mbit outselves, now im stuck with 1mbit ADSL i will explain more wen im sober

hang on what happening? I thought it was a 2mb connections been free upgrade to a 3mb connection. But ntl don't offer a 2mb connection, also im only on 600k connection not the 1mb connection.

I saw to 50% free for nowt stuff, but I aint checked my 1MB - 3 of my neighbours can't get BY cos they couldn't agree about them digging the bit of drive up just off the road, we were lucky cos we live next to the road and we got access. Well done BY!

Yep, downloads at 190k bytes/sec = 1.52 M bit/sec. Sadly, my waistline is also 50% larger than it used to be
