from what i can tell, the guy expects violence etc, but not anti religious storylines.

The storyline is actually pro-religious, if you read the whole thread or have played the game

Bioshock is a "godless" city and turns into anarchy when people try to play god. The place destroys itself through using genetic modification. The publishers are actually saying how chaos reigns without religion...there are LOTS of references to this throughout the game. Rapture basically becomes hell on earth

also the game makes you make moral choices that effect the outcome of the game.

So basically he quite obviously hasn't actually seen what the whole point of the game from the religious point of view is, therefore even if you think he's right spouting, he isn't right as he hasn't seen the big picture

Ive seen bioshock crash!...well the demo anyway lol. the bit where the flaming bench gets chucked down the stairs, i pressed esc to go to menu and boom it crashed.

Just had my first Bioshock crash.

Haven't a clue why.. the harddrvie started thrashing and then it exited to desktop.. yay!

Nailed it there. Ive only played the demo and figured out what the game was about and learned more from just reading that thread.

Having a religion is all well and good but you have to be able to understand this kinda thing..

And I am sure "god" won't mind.

I think having an opend mind on religion means you understand them all before choosing a denomination. Everybody should do this and MAYBE there wouldnt be so much conflict. Of course you always have the idiot hypocrits of the world.

I loved the game, it had great story depth (if you actually read the journals), awesome gameplay elements and some cool weapons

Meh, true, but then again it does have MP; therefore, making it awesome. I have yet to play bioshock (I don't wanna talk about it )

Nah, I think it`s me.

The game looks splendific, but I`m getting increasingly tired of these games, looking good just doesn`t do it for me. Needs to be a bit more than a few innovations here and there.

I`ll tinker with it for the next week or so, but how many hours that`ll be - I dunno. Type of game I`d prefer to find a cheat, see everything, then put it away.

I wasnt even that impressed with the graphics either, but then again im running DX9 and only played the demo.

Halo3 4 player COOP must be that rolfPWNAGE. I wish they had that with Halo1 for PC.
