Bent Heatpipe?

So I got my Matrix Platinum in the mail (from Scan, love Scan) yesterday and even though I can't even use the thing until January I've been going over ever inch of this beautiful beast.

However, I noticed that one of the heat pipes has apparently gotten into a fight and lost and it all kinds of bent (compared to the silky smoothness of the other heat pipes) and I was wondering if this is acceptable/will affect cooling performance?

I'm probably over reacting but, hey, why not ask the pro's

it just didnt bend as well as the others it may not perform as well but I doubt you'll see any significant decrease in its cooling

np anytime I used to work in a muffler shop we had some stock at times that would wrinkle when bent. plus some tight bends like that almost always wrinkle a bit.
