yeah a really realy nice board when i went for my upgrade it was still down to the last 10 miniuts before buying all the hardware. weather or not I would get the black edition and go 1366 or go 1155 with the maximus IV extreme. went with the MIVE in the end though. if i remember correctly the black edition rampage. came with a Killer 1gb network card. that had a headphone amp built in as well.
