Another Hello !

Just to introduce myself. Glad to join up with some more UK-based like-minded individuals ! I'm stuck in a socket A platform right now, because it's pretty much maxed out and you all know how costly it is to move on - new PSU, new mobo, new CPU, new graphics etc etc all in one big hit

I'm also a fan of the Overclockers UK forums. Where does everyone else hang out ?

I was going to head over to the water cooling thread to share my own unique personal system, but it seems real quiet over there - should I do it here instead ?!

I've checked out the overclockers.co.uk forums a few times, but when i looked they were closed for new registrations (i think they was getting a lot of problems with unhappy customers) - hopefully they've sorted that now.

There a few of us water coolers here, and a couple of phase changers

Aha. Phase change=expensive ?!

Being a retailers website, Overclockers are really touchy about anyone recommending products they don't sell, and mentioning retailers gets you pretty much an instant ban. The motors forum is good though

Hello dbates glad you find this site as interesting as me, and like you I found the same about overclockers.

Another good forum I visit now and then is the one on Hexus net, you get a lot of good advice on both , sometimes from the same people so it shows their dedication to helping others, which IMHO is one of the things that makes them great.
