Adsl Tech Support Letter

OK the ADSL we (joe + friends) are on here is usually very good but recently its been fukin up so we sent the tech support this 'little' enote;

ASDL is fucked. it keeps going on and off. All our hardware this end is fine. Did all check that is reccomended on FAQ but with no joy. Tried other router connection still shakey. noticed these problems for last few weeks. hope you can help us out. Internet junkies need a fix.

ps this is the fourth time we have tried to send this ticket

pps this is the seventh time we have tried to send this ticket connection lost

ppps After sixteen failed attempts we are now sending this ticket over bluetooth computer to mobile modem 9.6kbs 1/5 of dial up speed. Not mad its just that i know mac users with better connections and there starting to make fun of us, these "people" are using wanadoo, because they loved the pretty colors created by the mac photoshop monkeys that created the "lovely" freeserve 00pps i mean wanadoo ads. f00k those gorillas in the mist wankers and their big hairy backs. oh and i know that this last bit is not technical but i had to actually talk to one of those pizza jockies in dominos over the rotary dial to order my meals these last 2 weeks. it hurt a bit.

no they r a good isp they are just doin some 'experimental' future tests in our area (which is causing problems and which a friend is participating in :()
 
lol reminds me a bit of the email i sent to my isp about a week ago now,i didnt get a reply:p

and so far my connection hasnt been capped:D

I was with F2S until the end of last year. They will not reply to the email - not becuase of the way it's written but because the do not reply to anything.

Switch over to IDNet like I did :)

no problem ... when i finally get thru 2 em on the fone (asif) ill ask for a manager and verbally express chapter 2 of the above letter

@lord fishbulb the first : sadly i dont wanna leave em ... they will have a free 8mbit upgrade for me in a few months --- a dilemma
