3D Gaming room build log

OK, so unfortunately the pictures are now very limited and certainly don't do the screen any justice. As soon as I get back, i'll film some gaming etc and hopefully persuade some people to join the big screen gaming club over the 'higher res super expensive but small' monitor club ^_^

Here's a shot of the nearly finished screen, albeit with some rough edges but I moved away for work before I got a chance to really finish it. I still have the materials to do it at home but I'm just not in the same county!

I stupidly took some pictures with the lights on in the day so the shots are pitiful to say the lease, however it does show just how usable the screen is in the day. Unless you have a south facing window on the opposite wall to the screen, it is great through the day and mind blowing at night.

This shot is a bit better at showing how sharp the image is even at 100" although the noise in the picture severely handicaps the image, so zoom in on this one to see but please look past the grainyness from the poor camera.

This is the last one I have, I had my nephew stand in the shot (and pull a face) to show scale and you can sort of see the great colour range and contrast but again, taking shots of high quality images with a cheap and rubbish camera will never represent what it really looks like.

That's it for a little bit with the pictures, I'd love to discuss it more if anyone wants any info as I did a whole lot of research and am happy to pass on what I found. I'll be sure to update the thread as soon as I can with some videos and this may also be the beginning of a 're build' thread as I will be moving soon and hopefully will be getting it set up again really soon.

Thanks for reading so far.

To be continued
