Youtube blocks all UK music videos

You could of course just use a Proxy server based in any other country to access Youtube. :p

A minor inconvenience, but worth it imo :)
 
What is it with the UK? Everything is either banned or overpriced.

YouTube will lose out. We willl just get another place to get our music fix. :)
 
To tell you the truth I think it is all the music industries fault that they are losing money. A good buisness should evolve with the technology.

Unfortunatly, they weren't able to predict the evolution of the internet.
 
Looks at iTunes as a last resort.

Now hike up the hardware price by £20 to cover the lowering of some of the prices and Im sold.

Same old uk stuck in the stone ages while the rest of the world rolls on by soon we'll have tourists come over to see how the "old days were/still are"

list of reasons to emigrate;

Pricey

Naff health system

Stupid laws/acts

Silly slow broadband
 
Wonder if they realize how many people will be introduced to a special part of the internet that wont have the videos for sale or to-rrent.

These drm-style craving idiots are really not using much sense.

Ur game doesn't work, ur m8 shows u where u can get a file that will not only get it working again, u won't even need to enter the cd/dvd to play it.

U can't get music videos, ur m8 shows u the same area where the game files were that will give u videos.

Now the person is seeing there's movies, games, videos, music - a whole wealth of things that they don't have to pay for.

They really can't be this stupid.
 
I hope the recording industry corporations shoot themselves in the foot enough that they are forced to change. It's ridiculous how it is at the minute.

Exactly, people can't listen to the music on youtube anymore and don't want to pay 79p for a song they will only listen to a couple of times so will resort to getting it in 'other means'
