Ccleaner of course, Avast Anti Virus (Best AV software I have ever used.), CPU-Z, Google chrome, Steam, F@H, Google earth. There a bunch more. But pretty much anything I will either like or not use. Disliking something that is free is a waist of breath.

I'm starting to grow a strong dislike for AVG... Might try out Microsoft's option...

Still not sure about running no anti virus, never had a virus once in my life and I don't think an anti virus system has every really helped me, just false positives...

I can highly recommend M$SE. I tend to hate everything Microsoft make but MSE is pretty good.

MSE is very light and will happily run un-noticed until something triggers it, then you'll get the bells and whistles. The way a good A/V should be IMO.

An excellent free Anti-virus.

I just installed MSE and it's process is using over 60k of memory.. 2nd only too Firefox and Window service host... That's a lot..

If it doesn't go down I'll be looking once again for a light weight one..

Actually... What I might do is just use an online scanner, that way I'll have to run no crap on my PC but can scan files I'm unsure about! Woo

On the subject of MSE, I just can't get my arms around Microsoft for those chores at all. To be honest, the only reason I use M$ Winderz is cos I do want to play games. Otherwise I'd be using Unix (FreeBSD), which is also freeware.
