Just do it yourself, it's easy you don't need an app for that.
Right Click start menu, hit RUN, type regedit, hit enter.
Find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE – SOFTWARE – Microsoft – Windows – CurrentVersion – Explorer – Shell Icons
If Shell Icon isn't in there create a new Key within Explorer and name it "Shell Icon" (without the quotes)
Now create a new string within Shell Icon and name it "29" with a value of "
%windir%\System32\shell32.dll,-50" (without the quotes)
Exit and reboot, et viola no more shortcut arrows
