They're 700mB. The minimum size flash drive you can buy these days is 4gB. They came out in 1982 so are more than 3 decades old. If someone told you that a 3 decade old technology is still being used today in computers, you'd laugh at them. You might say they're cheap but a gigabyte of nand memory isn't that expensive either. They're also really big and easy to break or scratch. So, why do people use them?
