Which one of these PSU's to take ?

What kind of system do you have /want to build?
We can't just say "pick that one" unless we know how much watts you need

650Watts will be more than enough.
The best price/watts you can get is the ENERMAX Revolution XT 730W however units like that XTR 650W by xfx.. powerzone 650W from Bequiet or the edisonM 650W by fractal are all good choises

The differecne between XFX one and Corsair is 35 euros is it really worth it ? Anyone ?

Both PSUs are very reliable, the corsair one might have better ripple suppresion but the "big" feature is the digital management, that should give you maybe some better efficiency and management via the corsair link utility

I can't agree with Thelosouvlakia that Revolution XT 730 is good bang for money because it has moderate CWT platform with DC-DC board and it is full of CapXon capacitors on secondary side (some reviews has shown version with Chemi-Con and CapXon capacitors) and primary is 85 °C declared Panasonic (or Chemi-Con) with low capacity.

On the other hand, I believe XFX XTR is best for your needs. It has fully modular flat cables (except 24 pin), very good voltage regulation (Seasonic platform...), all Japanese capacitors, hybrid fan and it's not too expensive like RMi.
If you want save couple more forints then you can look for Cooler Master V650s. It has same great performance like XFX but it isn't fully modular and doesn't have hybrid-fan, although I believe it is quieter than XFX on higher loads.
