Which monitoring software ?

I'm presently in a couple of Beta tests ( please don't ask me what the games are, I have already had a slap just for telling someone I got in ) and they are putting some strain on my system.

What I would like is a program to record CPU / GPU and RAM speeds, temperatures etc etc whilst I'm playing so that when I log out I can then look back over the session and see what was going on.

Riva Tuner has a really good logger for GPU, does all speeds, fan rpm, temps the lot

Only if there's a sensor on the chip.

They are available in kit form. But the GPU sensors are a bit of a hit and miss affair because they have to go on the face of the chip thus hindering the replacement of the H/S+fan assembly. Although I believe they work well as video card RAM temps sensors.
