A good quality 650w TBH, a 750w would give you more head room and will sit you in the middle of the peak load% efficiency band tho and generally are only marginally more.
BUT a single card like the 680 would be a much better option the way things are going at the moment:
It will max any game out easy,
Its not much more (might even be around the same price depending on where you live) than 2x 560ti 448's,
It gives similar performance,
The 2gb vram will help a bunch as more and more games are using upwards of 1.25gb vram that is available on the 448's,
And it will throw less heat into your system.
+ you have the option of dropping another card if/when needed

Hmmmm ok so 750w PSU? sounds good. Thanks guys. (btw this is my first PC that I am actually building myself).
and I've never actually overclocked anything before, so if you could link me to a beginner's guide, that would be awesome
