What exactly is used as "soapy Water"?

Hi,

I am going to strip and clean my res. I've seen it mentioned about using warm soapy water and nothing else when it comes to Acrylic.

What exactly is used?
Can it be anything like Washing Up Liquid?
Or does it have to be something more specific.
I was thinking that maybe using a certain product that could be classed as "soapy" might leave a residue film that you would not want in the loop at the point when coolant is added.

For cleaning acrylic I use "Acryl Star", a microfibre cloth and warm water. Using the same stuff and fine grit sandpaper it can remove scratches too.

Thanks for your advise. Although just looking for what this "Soapy" water is.
And what is safe to use?

A low pH hand soap and warm water, good enough for your hands good enough for acrylic (imo).
