You mean the thumb screw? You can remove the mobo tray and flip it over for an inverted ATX layout (pseudo BTX?), the CM Stacker also had this ability. The Bitfenix Outlaw is an inverted ATX case. The idea is that your hot graphics cards, which are hotter than your CPU are at the top.
Here's the flash video showing the features:

*Since I can't edit my previous post I'm adding to it here:
I think this case has some great features, but the big question is if they're well executed, or if they fall short like the CM Storm Stryker, and if the build quality matches.
@ Captain Banana Pants I agree that this case looks a bit better in black, but the white's not bad.
As far as looks, to me it has more of a "military" look rather than the more common "Transformers" gamer case look.
I can't find any reviews on this case, and I'd really like to know if it's worth buying. I'm tired of cramped cases, but not sure if I want to jump to an HPTX case.
Crazy thing is that since I can't find any real reviews, this is the closest thing to a review I've found:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLDQ8QB8GcY. I created an account here to see if maybe Tom would review it because I like his reviewing style, the fact that he doesn't pull punches, and that he's not afraid to go 20+ minutes to cover everything. I hope this doesn't make me look like a schill, because I'm just looking for as much info as I can get before I buy ANY new hardware, it just so happens that ATM I'm in the market for a new case.
I've been debating between these for awhile now:
Rosewill Blackhawk-Ultra and Enermax Fulmo GT, and the slightly smaller Rosewill THOR V2 and NZXT SWITCH 810. All have features I like and features I don't. Now the AZZA Genesis 9000 pops up in the same price range and adds even more to the think about. :banghead:
