worst customer service ive ever had was from micro direct. never ordering from there again.
Sent me wrong speakers, couldnt get in contact with them for a week ,no reply to emails, no one answering the phone. Finally got in touch trying a number not advertised, they answered the phone straight away and asked me how I got this number.
I had to post the speakers back to them with my money. Which cost me £10. Waited a week, no speakers. Find out they have sent the speakers to the wrong address. Waited another 2 weeks, and they finally arrived. So took 3 weeks to get a replacement, and more money out of my pocket.
I wrote them a letter afterwards complaining.
