What about all the people they have taken the piss with before they decided to "improve their service".
I think they should be the ones they should concentrate on helping first (like me - 4 busted cathodes and two wrong sized fans - respond to my emails and send me some new ones and i _may_ just forgive you)
worst customer service ive ever had was from micro direct. never ordering from there again.
Sent me wrong speakers, couldnt get in contact with them for a week ,no reply to emails, no one answering the phone. Finally got in touch trying a number not advertised, they answered the phone straight away and asked me how I got this number.
I had to post the speakers back to them with my money. Which cost me £10. Waited a week, no speakers. Find out they have sent the speakers to the wrong address. Waited another 2 weeks, and they finally arrived. So took 3 weeks to get a replacement, and more money out of my pocket.
I wrote them a letter afterwards complaining.

Yeah it seems that they are bogged down at present with web retailers, i mean look at OCUK, some of the acts it was pulling over the past year was nothing short of illegal, yet nothing appears to have happened to them.
I think it should be made law that every web retailer should display their 'resellerratings' rank on the front page of their website, so customers know what kind of company they are buying from.
