Right then

My loop looks like so:

Now I'm getting annoyed with the pipes getting in the way of my GPU and case fans.

My question is: where the hell else can I put it so it doesn't interfere with the GFX card?

First thoughts are turn the pump around sideways, run a T-line down to the inlet and it's easier. Trouble is that I do actually quite like having a res, though I don't mind getting a new one if that would help.

Any ideas?

One of the EK multi-option reservoirs would allow a little more flexibility Kemp. You could move it higher up the case than where your current one resides

The beauty of the multi-res is that it comes with a clip that would enable you to situate the res completely separately from your drive bay area. Like say above your PSU or beside your motherboard (at the top of the mobo tray)

Best i could come up with. Would involve a nasty 180° turn though:(

Hi

Is that either a PC 70 or a G 70?

Becuase, i have the PC 70 and are about to cut out a custom back plate on the laser cutter at school, for my case, i am going to put some holes in the back of it for my water cooling pipes, and wondered if you could do something similar, and mount the psu on its side, and then put the pump at the side of that, therefore leaving enough space for the pipes.

If you think that this is a good idea, i may be able to do a copy or an custom back plate when i cut mine out on the laser cutter for you.

Hope this helps

Rob

well im in the middle of my GCSE's at the moment, but when i cut mine out ill do you one to mount the psu on its side, then in there is enough space, you will be able to mount you pump at the side of it, if i get a D5, i will probebly have to to do the same thing.

Ok, when i have got it done ill pm you, could be towards end of next moth, got loads of exams at the moment.

Hi

Are these the screw holes you are using to attach your psu at the moment? These are the same as the template that is on the PC 70 so im guessing it is a universal fitting.

Its not finished yet, just an idea.

I don't know about the tubes but I think you should raise the pump, so that the inlet of the pump is flush with the outlet of the res, should increase flow a bit ;)
