You will get a seperate key for Windows 10 emailed to yourself on the Microsoft Account you use to login with.
The process for the upgrade will be filling in an email for initially, which then will go off to Microsoft servers, which then generate you a shiny key to use (All of this is still uncertain at this point, as us testers haven't been fully informed of the process and testing the system as there will only be a handful of us selected for this purpose, so those who don't need to know, won't till everyone else does, but this is the current talk on how it will be done)
(No I'm not breaking any NDA with this info as it isn't any concrete method as of yet that is being implemented, it just the best option)
Each Windows Key will be then listed in a database, so as then you can't try to claim multiple keys against you original key.
If I can find out more info (Without breaking NDA), I will report back on this.
