Vault Tec keyboard.

Hey guys. A while back I bought one of these from Amazon for £32 inc. Only catch? it's French. It's easy enough to get around you simply set it as a UK board when you install Windows but obviously you need to switch a few keys around and it looks a bit odd.



So I ordered this full kit from Overclockers.







The only issue is the Razer has macro keys. That coupled with the fact that a couple of keys didn't match up and it turns out I am missing 7 extra keys in total. So, I have ordered two sets of these.



Also, as an added bonus, I found a very large roll of yellow Dinoc. I forgot I even bought it (I bought it for a DFI themed build I never finished) so the main top area will be wrapped in that

I also have one of these.



So cutting graphics should be a breeze

Here is the keyboard as of right now. As you can see, some keys are missing. These will be yellow.



More to come soon (sadly the yellow keys are on order from the USA so could take a week or two to arrive).

Good to see someone customizing their keyboard! I was so happy how mine came out and all I've done is buy a few keycap sets. I'm interested to see how this pans out

It was in the same pressurized case as Agatha's violin

Edit. Bad news.

Just sat down at my desktop and realised that the vinyl had started to peel off. Tried sticking it back down (mostly the corners) but it seems the vinyl was crap and the adhesive isn't worth a toss.

So I have peeled it back to stock for now and cut some extra graphics. I'm going to have to paint it, which tbh? I've always preferred over wrapping. Only problem is I don't have any paint right now, especially canary yellow.

Will order some soon.
