So bright and vibrant with a touch of humour , really really liking this , Yellow and blue is such a good combo , enough of the paint. Nice slick build so much going on without it looking cluttered . Fun and cute build good work . like to see more of your builds in the future .

Thanks a lot, glad you like it. Yup more will come :D

Looks pretty awesome dude.

Thanks :D

Looks great, did you put this up on Linus's forum, sure they had it on a vid a little while ago. I Liked it then too

Thanks :D. Yup the build was featured on the WAN Show :p

That is awesome. Looks like you put a ton of time into that.

Thanks :D. Yup about 4 months while working and still studying at the time

Can't fault this one bit! Nicely done and love the little details Kudos to you sir.

Thanks :D

WAS THAT A PUN?

But yeah, nice attention to detail and great build :)

Thanks :D

Wow, that looks great! Very nice - any build log?

Thanks :D. Yup there is a build log on Bit-Tech where it came 3rd for the September MOTM, also on OCN where it won the September MOTM and on LinusTechTips where it was featured on the WAN Show. :D

I could provide links but not sure if it's allowed. If someone could shed some light on that and if people are interested to see I will gladly post it here :)

Good lord man, you did an incredible job on this! You have a rig to be proud of ;)

Thanks :D

WOW thanks a lot for the kind words guys! Glad you all like it! What a good welcome to the forum! :D

If you would like to see more of my work please check out my new build log, it's a work in progress at the moment, GREEN MOLECULE :)

Cheers,

Also with those rads in push, what delta temps do you have for gpu and cpu? Oc settings?

The top fans are in push, bringing air into the case and the front are pull, taking air out.

The top fans spin at 1000RPM and the front fans at 1200RPM.

Here are the tests I did just after finishing the build back in October last year :p

All temps are at an ambient of 28C - 30C and recorded temps are the max I saw after 1 hour of stress testing on the CPU and the GPU just by doing the benchmarks.

CPU - i5 3570K - 4.4GHz at 1.31v (I also had to bump the LLC from ultra high to extreme and did see the voltage jump to 1.336 when stress testing)

Idle - 35C
Load (Prime 95 Small FFT and Blend) - 96C
Load (OCCT large and small) - 85C

GPU - R9 290 - 1150MHz Core, 1500MHz Memory

Stock Temps and Scores

GPU Idle 32C

Valley extreme 1080p

FPS - 56.4
Score - 2358
GPU Temp - 54C
CPU Temp - 73C

Heaven extreme 1080p

FPS - 50.4
Score - 1269
GPU Temp - 57C
CPU Temp - 73C

3D Mark Fire Strike Normal

Score - 8472
GPU Score - 10061
GPU Temp - 56C
CPU Temp - 80C

Overclock Temps and Scores

GPU Idle - 32C

Valley Extreme 1080p

FPS - 67.1
Score - 2809
GPU Temp - 61C
CPU Temp - 73C

Heaven Extreme 1080p

FPS - 59.5
Score - 1498
GPU Temp - 61C
CPU Temp - 75C

3D Mark Fire Strike Normal

Score - 9800
GPU Score - 12057
GPU Temp - 58C
CPU Temp - 80C

I also played Watch Dogs for 30min maxed out at the time with overclocks and GPU was around 61C and CPU around 68C according to MSI Afterburner while I was playing.

However I then lowered the CPU overclock to 4.3GHz at 1.26V and temps only reached 85C no matter what I throw at it.

Around 60C on the GPU and 68-70C on the CPU when gaming with overclocks is all good to me at 30C ambient with the fans spinning pretty low at 1000 and 1200 rpm.

Cheers,

Alex
