Wasn't quite sure where to put this... Anyways, I was wondering, is there a cap on file size for the upload server or something? Cause when I try to upload a 20mb (a video) file, it does the sending information thing for a while, then refreshes but doesn't give me a link Also, if that gets sorted (or w/e), could you add native .mp4 support (only if it's easy or you have the time)?

Yep I believe the cap is something like 2mb, XMS will confirm

Hi Mate, the only limit on the upload server is a time limit. I believe it currently gives you 30 seconds to upload - so you need a pretty quick connection to get 20mb up in that time.

As for mp4, i've added it to the extension allow list. Is that what you meant, or did you want some other feature?

Aww, 30s? That's not much time... Ah well, I had a backup plan, so no worries.

Yep, remember its primarily for image hosting and it's also part of our backups. So we really could do without backing up gigs worth of peoples music and home movies...etc.

i dont even think thats an oc3d choice, all php scripts tie out after that amount of time, or very close to it anyway

Yeah. It can be increased, but its a server-wide setting. For security we'd like any dodgy/memory hogging scripts to get killed before they take the server down
