Unigine Valley

I just repaired an Asus 5770 given to me, blew some caps. Whenever I get a new system I will put it in this system and keep the 6850. I have somebody that I may give this system to and they just do solitaire, e-mail, Facebook (no games) and a little web surfing. I once had an Asus 5770 in this and it died last year, my sis bought me the 6850 for my birthday. I ran onboard for a week, that really sucked.

EDIT:

Just overclocked my brown box 6850 for the first time. I gained 1 to 2 FPS depending on the settings for the benchmarks. Its defaults are 775/1000. I took it to the max of 850/1200 and it locked up. I backed down to 850/1150 and it was better, but got a few artifacts. Running at 825/1125 it is stable. Odd thing, I see no temperature change.

I made a video on this one much like the 3DMark one I did a few weeks back.

This time I didn't just test it on Windows but also the Linux version on Ubuntu 12.10 64bit. The OpenGL version did look nicer but ran way slower. When people in the Linux community say AMD need to work on their drivers they are not kidding!

I'm quite happy with this result, but I am sure it can go a bit further while remaining stable.

Second image is stock run.

Just tried this and got this score. I am reasonably happy with it as my cards only have a slight over clock.
