Yeah. LCD & Plasma are such beta technology its sad, for TV that is.. LCD, some you have to replace the lamps every two years, and Plasma's have serious burn in and lifespan issues. CRT, Projection, and DLP are the most reliable.. in that order.

i saw 2 DLP tvs today at best buy.. and i dont know if it was jsut the companies who made them but i could see the pixels on them from like 10 feet away it was horrible... plasma and lcd have way better quality from what i saw.

LOL. Everyone has to remember, the conditions at these stores are TERRIBLE.

There is one video source for up to 20 or so TV's (split much?) The lighting conditions are horrible, they're floor models (have been

thats true.. and that might have been the issue, but every dlp i saw had that problem...
 
just took some pics with a digital camera, took some just to prove that lcd's do not have the problem of veiwing from wide angles.
