Cool scene from alan wake that I just had to make a printscrn of.

And here's a printscrn from amnesia: a machine for pigs where in the last part of the game you can see a "manpig" raping a dead guy in the *** behind some crates. Funny stuff. I don't think many actually caught that horrifying image while playing the game. :lol:

Some Linux gaming goodness with the Linux version of Half-Life 2. I'm surprized at how well it runs, although It's pretty dated now, so not very graphically intensive, but it's still one of the best FPS's out there.

I have to put up with 1280x1024 while I'm home.

I tried the cinematic mod 2013 a few weeks back and it brings the graphics, music and a few other things up to date and is truly awesome.
But the main thing that annoys me is the fact that the modder who updates it although hugely talented doesn't communicate with the community that well so the experience can be very frustrating especially when you have a problem.

I wouldn't have played it again just now, only I was really anxious to try out the Linux version of the game, since I haven't done so yet. Although I kind of regret playing it now as it's re-ignited my hunger for more Half-Life, just like it did when I played Episode 2 for the 1st time over 6 years ago now, and there's still no more word on Half-Life 3.

I did download the cinematic mod a few months ago, but I was short on SSD space at the time so I didn't actually install it, I should go back and actually try it this time. It does look pretty damn cool.

Keeping with the thread premise, here's some of the last level, even though it's playthrough #9 or something (1st in ages though), I still had crazy fun picking up soldiers and throwing them around. ^_^
