I just finished Alien Isolation, absolutely brilliant game. It has taken the place as my favorite game ever made. I was on the edge of my seat all the way through and it legitimately scared me, don't think I have ever been as on edge playing a game before as I have with this one

In my opinion anyway, the last game I enjoyed as much as this one was MGS3 back in 2005.

Alien Isolation isn't perfect though, there are problems with the Alien AI and some of the game mechanics don't work as well as they should but the graphics, atmosphere, tension, gameplay and all the other parts of the game are really good. If you are a fan of the films (like me) then I suppose that makes the game even better than it would if you weren't. Definitely worth playing though, even if you wait to buy it in the sales.

Hi people.

Have been tweaking Skyrim to get the most out of it as possible and the result is pretty smashing. Remember this game was released back in 2011. Went for a "fantasy" look using Real Vision ENB by Boris Vorontosov (major props) and around 30 other texture and graphic mods. The lighting is Enhanced Lights and FX by anamorfus. You can find my full mod list below. Still need a bit more mods for the other cities, sky, and all kinds of utility mods. The game is now usually between 20 and 35 FPS with everything maxed out on the game and mods. AF, AA and FXAA are turned off in the option settings since it's provided with the Realvision. Will probably turn Shadow Detail to High to get a bit more FPS.

Haha It's been alot of walking around with the UI disabled and just drooling . Hopefully will get my act together and start gaming, as there are these unofficial expansions I'd love to try out (Falskaar, Wyrmstooth etc)

Do you get playable framerates? If so I may have to do this to my Skyrim. Do you have all expansions installed too or just the core game?

Running the game on a single GTX 770 4gb at stock.

The occasional lag spikes do occur. Still I'd say playable. I have all the official expansions installed aka Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Hearthfire. So yes all the mods are compatible with the official DLC's.

EDIT 100 posts yeah!

EDIT: Switching from ultra to high shadows gave me another 5-15 FPS and I can't see any difference tbh.

Realvision's minimum requirements are I5 >= 3Ghz, GTX 670 2GB, 8GB RAM. So with your specs, no worries.

Damn... I'm definitely going to have to get it so. I think the last horror kind of game I quite enjoyed was Silent Hill 2 on the PS2.

HAhaha nope i think the only thing i do once or twice if TGM, so i can fast travel overloaded then turn it back off once im where i want to be, i grinded all that gold in smithing and proud of it lol i earned my little mansion

Some of Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. Has its flaws but it's a pretty and enjoyable platformer, needs anti-aliasing forced on though.

Has a good story and likable characters too.
