Here's a tip to test for negative air pressure of a computer case:
1. find a part of vent grill (or small opening) of your case that doesn't have a fan near it (not your psu's grill either),
2. place a small thin peice of paper (10mm squared for example) on the vent grill or opening and let go of it, while your pc is on (and your system fans at whatever setting you have normally).
Remember to check all around your case and not just one particular spot.
Diagnosis:
Bad - if the peice of paper stays in place when you let go , you have negative air pressure in your case.
Good - if it doesn't stay put then your case has positive air pressure and you are okay.
Hope this helps those with dusty internals
