TDM#1 - cracked server?

Had a couple of guys on the server tonight asking how it has not been banned by punkbuster for being cracked? They knew it was cracked as they were playing with keygen codes.

Also said hi to Baranac who was pimping for another server that is not PB enabled Luckily the guys on TDM1 were happy with a PB enabled server but had their questions about the above.

The server doesn't use a keygened serial.. Its a legit serial. That's why PB doesn't have a problem

I think it's titled that because it didn't have PB. Meaning that less than legit players could play.

Its just a name that the server is called under it all its all legal and legit the keys are 100% legal as our the servers.

I actually though that I removed that from the title ages ago. Can anyone confirm that it's still there? It may have come back when I reconfigured the server on our new box.

Also IIRC, Infinity Ward do not have an official Linux server binary. Someone maintains a ported version of it for Linux. Maybe thats what those guys mean?

No, I think what he was asking was, if it is PB enabled , how come people with Keygen copies can still get on? and why has PB not detected this?

Please don't lie about me! It was another guy posting a non PB server. I was on as well. I only said that if anyone is interested I have a server without GL, HELI, AS, MARTY and 3xFRAG. A few were interested but I didn't give them the IP cos that would be unfair to you guys, especially Jim.

P.S. I am playing with a keygen key as well as a few of my friends so the answer is that the server is cracked!
