I am glad that Take-Two have managed to hold EA off,now with GTA IV about to hit the market they should get enough income from this to be able to ignore any deal from EA

Not sure on the figures.. but I have read they are expecting to sell 400million copies in the first week.

Even then they had a kinda negative impact on the original westwood studios i reckon

I just dont wanna see the gaming market owned by 3 companies...

EA, Activision and THQ or something

Especailly don't want to see GTA taken by EA.

That would ruin THE best game on the planet.

EA do make Some good games though

Need for speed underground I and II were okay

cant think of any others, but there's more than just 3

Yea but i was thinking to the future. They will prolly buy out and merge to what i deem as the top 3. Namco and Konami are poor apart from in arcades/asia. Ubisoft is just meh - some good things.

Nothing really special on the market atm...at a loss on what to buy with my woolies 20% week for my ps3...no worthy games

Namco, make tekken, one of the best games exclusive to the PS console

konami make the metal gear solid series, another exclusive that is wanted...

Tekken is good to one extent...but its one game and its not really on the same scale as say...call of duty 4 (in this region anyway)

again metal gear solid is one game and the series dont really appeal to me much - dont like stealth and stuff.

probably me, and ill probably end up buying those two games but the rest of the games probably wont find a home on my shelf xD

From my point of view Grand Theft Auto has molded and advanced the game world so much. And if it was owned by EA.. we will be in for some crap games.
