Switch 810 HDD indicator

yeah for whatever reason its not working everything else seems to work just fine though. :huh: anyone else with a switch 810 having problems with it? I remember tom had the same problem in his video review :mellow:

Yeah, had this problem too.

Solved it by switching around the hdd-connector.
Have you tried it in different orientations?

first time yes, then i swapped the cables at the mobo end, and now it's fine. It's a diode remember so only works one way round, it seems they may have labelled it up wrong i guess?

Worth a try.

Check where the connection is on the back of the diode. A dob of solder sorts it out good and proper.

Got it fixed just had to give her the switcharoo odd thought I had tried it already.
