Superflower have released a 2000W PSU, quite what the system would be like that needs something like this, I wouldn't even begin to attempt to guess, but it appears OCUK have stocks of these monsters in.

So the question is, Tom, can you see if you can get one in for review purposes (If your SunBeam tester can even handle that much), and also, whilst reviewing, could you see if your imagination can run wild and see if you can build up a system that would even need something like this.

Serious overkill video potential here.

At this moment in time you'd be looking at 2 x 295X2's, Probably a dual socket board of some type with every memory and PCI-E slot filled, A plethora of HDD's and SSD's, AIO etc...Would need to be stupidly beefy.

So overkill then? :D

Think you would need a power station next to your house for this one, I can't even begin to think who would need such a monster, but would certainly be one immense system to need it.

Any flagship quad-SLI or quadfire benching rig would warrant that kind of power, especially when you throw in a couple of D5's and a heavily overclocked 2011 chip.

In the corsair AX1500i video Tom stated that the sunbeam wont go over 1200 watt really, it might be capable of a bit more but at the risk of killing it, if i recall correctly.
