Hello all and merry Christmas to everyone

I was just looking for some advice and ideas for a Sim racing rig build as I've just started to play euro truck simulator 2 and i do have r racing i think it is but i need some advice on a nice wheel to start out with that does not cost the earth.

I am unsure if i should build myself a framework to hold the wheel, pedals and gear stick or get an off the shelf one. i kind of like the idea of using a car/truck dash board to make it feel a little more realistic but maybe you guy and girls can give me some advice/ideas or photos of your setups for me to go off

many thanks in advance

The new Logitech G923 might be a good starter for you. Its has a newer Trueforce FFB.

or like me I went with a Logitech Driving force GT they can be found cheap 2nd hand with a decent race stand for I expect under £150 total like I paid. DFGT supports most games well and while you can pay more for a wheel it does the job well.

I have many racing games and there are few it doesn't support the only one it didn't that i really wanted was Dirt5 but from what I've heard even on supported wheels plays badly.

G923 as said if you can afford it, while my nephew is nuts and went all fanatec's you really don't need to go crazy on this as if you did you could end up playing out more than a real car lol

Also I highly recommend the GTA V steering support mod it works extremely well with feedback.
