Should I get 1045t 90w for my watercooling?

As far as I can see the 1045t 90w is same as a 1055t 90w but with 100mhz less speed.

On water could I get this cpu to around 3.8ghz?

that is FSB 281*13.5

I'm currently on air and 1.45v and 200x19 3.8ghz on a Phenom II black edition.

I'm considering trying to find out safe FSB that my motherboard can handle and then put high but safe volts.

Just get an NH-D14 - no phenoms actually need watercooling mate youll just be wasting your money.

Well I already bought a loop as I'm also watercooling GPU's for noise reasons.

I'm not yet decided if keep 2x 6950's or upgrade to the 7970 so gpu WC is for future.

Don't upgrade you GPU now if I ware you I would keep them until the HD 8000 sires to come out, or until they can't run the games at maximum details.
