Second hand evga gtx 970 sc

A mate of mine is upgrading his gpu and has asked if i want to buy his evga gtx 970 sc, i dont need the card for my main rig but i could put it to use with some old parts. Ibe asked him what he wants for it but he wont say, what do you guys think its worth ? I built his pc free of charge and fitted upgrades for him should i use that to my advantage ? Lol

I sold two on ebay last year for £150 and £170 each. Considering it's over a year later I'd probably offer him £120. I think that's fair.
