Run EVGA Nvidia GTX 570 & XFX ATi HD5870 in the same machine?

I think you can use the Nvidia cards for Physx but not as a second card for gaming, they have to either be both Nvidia or AMD for that.

Well i want the GTX570 as the primary card and the 5870 to either be installed and working or disabled within Windows not the BIOS. As I don't want to go into the BIOS each time I need it on and that's even if I can do that within the BIOS on a GA-X58-UD3R.

Thought I may get asked eventually maybe not that quickly though, lol. I want to run two OS's and the EVGA GTX 570 isn't compatible with the Non-Windows OS. But want the EVGA GTX 570 for gaming in Windows.
