My Corsair Capellix LCD starting going weird a few months ago so I RMA'd it, During the process I asked cheekily if I could swap from the black one to the white one, CS said "yeah sure no trouble", Got it back a few weeks later and now like 2 months later finally got around to installing, Finishes off the rig quite nicely me thinks ^_^

Looks great! Good on Corsair CS for stepping up and allowing you to swap to another color. It's a small thing, but I love it when a company goes out of their way to help.

Nice one, although still don't get why they didn't make the data cable in white as well rather than black... literally sticks out like a sore thumb lol.

Also "CS"? Are we talking Counter Strike here or what?...

Having white data cables would make it stick out like a sore thumb even more. A hideous cable running across the mobo. That cable is intended to be unseen, routed away out of site. You wont do that with a bright white cable. I'd rather it was black.

I would have thought that they would go down the same route as they have done with GPU power and put a socket on the motherboard to save having a cable at all

It's hideous either way and can't really be unseen.

I'd rather they include an extra, to give the user the option to choose for themselves. Wouldn't cost them much to be honest...

On the newer Corsair Link AIO there is no visible cable as it's routed inside the AIO tube outer sheath.
