Fatty - I bow down with respect for you trying to see what you can do in this area.
-75 degrees is a true overclockers dream.
Somethings you may already know but I'll post anyway:
If you regas to r507, others recommend that you always run in turbo mode (prevent overheating and bowing of the Mach framework).
Oil change is recommended to one more suitable for the gas used.
Always run the system under some load to prevent ice build up (internally and extrenally) on the cooling head.
Things I'd like to know about is:
How much extra noise is generated (compressor, fan etc...)
Best temps achieved (head and typical overclocked CPU under load.
I am in the camp that would prefer not to remove anything before I send to you for shipping - it's as much to protect you as it would be to protect us, nobody can use the excuse 'it was working when I sent it!!' and you get to test with the components we will be using.
The only warranty I would expect is one that says it reached a lower temperature and it does not leak. Anyone with an Nventiv unit lost their warratny when they went bust - unless Phil or someone offered an incentive to purchase. But modding a Mach is like modding a MOBO - IT VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY
Price should be around £100 to include return carriage.
Good luck with your project my friend, I hope it works and feel sure people will take you up on your offer if you are successful (My friend and I may be one of them).
